BASIC FUNCTION/JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for generating business from corporate accounts and/or travel agents in order to achieve overall sales targets and meet objectives set out in the Sales & Marketing Plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

1. CLEANING SERVICES MANAGER

Plan, coordinate, execute and manages the general cleaning, dishwashing and plate collecting process, monitoring cleaning logistics and supervising other plate collectors/dishwashers
