Our office coordinates Value-Driven Care (VDC) / Value-based Healthcare (VBH) efforts by facilitating knowledge sharing and joint learning. We also ensure the alignment of VDC/VBH initiatives with productivity efforts, measurement and improvement strategies.

As a Senior / Manager, you will:

• Develop and monitor strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve alignment and implementation of the VDC/VBH initiative across SingHealth institutions.
• Oversee department resources, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Spearhead the organisation of events and resources to build VDC/VBH capability within SingHealth at the cluster level.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff to build a high-performing team.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Health (MOH) to ensure alignment between the SingHealth VDC/VBH effort coordinated by the Office of VDC, and the National VDC effort or related workstreams coordinated by MOH.
