In this Client Solutions (Sales) role, you will be able to gain the regional exposure with our 11 regional offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Drive business growth, explore potential business opportunities by conducting market research of Chemical related industries

· Develop Market segment, through analysis and mapping

· Maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers

· Prepare marketing content and presentation, training materials to support customers

· Drive marketing initiatives and digitization to reach out to more potential customers

Job description:

· Responsible for organizing, supervising, and directing project construction activities to successfully meet project specifications and schedules as Contractor’s principal representative to Owner at the jobsite.

· Forms preliminary construction plans including organization, staffing, and administration, subject to review by the Project Manager.

· Studies specifications to plan construction procedures; monitors procurement of equipment and materials to be delivered to conform to work schedules.

· Finalizes assignment of field construction personnel and mobilization plan of manpower; assembles members of organization at the start of the project.

· Authorizes work and services to be purchased from outside sources or subcontracted at the jobsite in accordance with construction policy and project economics.

· Confers with or directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.

· Authorizes the field construction schedule and field construction procedures to ensure good workmanship, safe construction, and on-schedule performance.

· Acts as liaison between Contractor and Owner’s representatives in the interpretation of specifications.

· Receives from subordinates’ reports on progress, materials, manpower, and costs, and directs the work schedule.

· Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications. Develops new construction methods to satisfy unusual circumstances and changes from the original plan.

· Approves jobsite expenditures for labor and services by reviewing cost records, workmanship, material quality and quantity, scheduling, and procurement.

· Approves Safety procedures for all site workers to abide.

Requirements:-

• Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering field
• 3 years’ experience least in oil & gas, chemical construction industry
• Experience in executing construction in process/petrochemical plants and storage terminals
• Degree holder in relevant major
• Independent, resourceful, diligent and good team player.
• Able to lead supervisors & workers to comply, fulfil projects requirements, meeting schedules.
• Expected to perform hands-on duties with acquired skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies and drives investment recommendations for emerging technologies in offshore wind, new energies, and decarbonization.
• Analyzes technological advancements across TRLs (low to high), recommending pathways for Seatrium’s innovation and investment priorities.
• Develops comprehensive roadmaps, insights, and analysis reports to support strategic decisions on technology adoption and innovation.
• Collaborates with Seatrium's Strategy and Technology teams to align development programs with industry trends and technology roadmaps.
• Provides strategic insights through detailed monthly reports on Offshore Wind, New Energies, and Decarbonization technologies.
• Shares critical market intelligence and trends across internal teams to ensure organization-wide alignment.
• Leads the creation of conceptual development plans for emerging business opportunities, integrating engineering, commercial, and project insights.
• Manages opportunities through the gate process, including concept selection and decision-making for FEED progression.
• Evaluates risks and provides unbiased, value-based recommendations for technology and project development.
• Represents Seatrium as a thought leader at global forums, advocating for innovation in decarbonization and energy transition.
• Organizes and manages high-profile events, such as the Seatrium Decarbonization Forum, fostering collaboration across stakeholders.
• Engages in cross-industry discussions to position Seatrium at the forefront of technological advancements.
• Builds and manages relationships with key technology stakeholders, including industry partners, research institutions, and government entities.
• Leverages cross-sector knowledge transfer to drive innovation and identify new opportunities.
• Builds and mentors a high-performing technology team, providing guidance and training to ensure team alignment with Seatrium’s objectives.
• Develops technical manuals and strategic frameworks to support consistent project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or Naval Architecture)
• Master’s in Engineering/Technology or MBA (preferred)
• 13+ years in offshore/marine industry, focusing on green energy and decarbonization
• Knowledge of technology development and deployment (low to high TRL)
• Data synthesis into investment recommendations and strategic insights
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
