Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Identify market opportunities and define automotive electronics product vision, goals and roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Act as the primary liaison between the product team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or its equivalent.
• Experience in automotive electronics industry, preferably with product management or product marketing experience.
• Product management/marking experience in automotive industry, especially in products such as display, infotainment, domain controller, internet of vehicles, ADAS and/or autonomous driving.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and user-centred design principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret date and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback mechanisms.

The Project Manager need to oversee and manage the entire construction site operations. They ensure that the project runs smoothly, like delivered on time, within budget, and according to design specifications. The role involves managing materials, ensuring site safety, coordinating with subcon and workers, schedules etc.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:
• Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day site activities to meet project objectives.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, labourers, and site personnel.
• Ensure that construction activities adhere to approved designs, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with all the specifications.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues or potential delays.
• Manage the logistics of material delivery and storage, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Liaise with project stakeholders (clients, engineers, architects) and provide progress updates.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are strictly followed on-site.
• Prepare and submit site progress reports and documentation to the Top management team.

Technical Competencies:

Job Description

· Oversee tender administration, including, but not limited to: Sourcing and preparation of all information and documentation related to tender submissions, for participation in tender exercise

· Preparation of bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, and measuring and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering process

· Evaluation of quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers according to tender requirements, and timely submission of quotations

· Oversee contract administration, including, but not limited to: Familiarise and fully understand the legal and commercial aspects of contract documents, and the scope of work for the project

· Handle contractual disputes

· Source, negotiate and procure trade packages including drafting of sub-contract document

· Administration of Extension of Time claim

· Provide monthly updates of project budgets

· Monitor, review, and recommend Subcontractor’s variation order

· Ensure timely submission of Variation Orders cost on a periodic basis; timely submission of monthly progress claims

· Effective follow-up on payment certificate and payment with the clients; final account closing

· Provides leadership to team members, and effectively resolves any issues that arise

Requirements

· Minimum education qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or construction-related discipline

· Minimum years of experience: 10 years’ work experience in a related field of work
