Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager.
To oversee daily operation of the shop, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
Job Descriptions
1. Store Operations
โข Managing all aspects of shops operations, including opening ans closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining shops cleanliness and organization.
2. Sales and Profitability
โข Achieve sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals.
โข Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth.
โข Monitoring expenses and proposing cost control measures to maximize profitability.
3. Staff Management
โข Implement training programs, and supervising store start.
โข Setting performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback.
โข Scheduling shifts and managing payroll.
โข Motivating and engaging employees to ensure a high level of customer service.
โข Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
4. Customer Service
โข Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met by the store staff.
โข Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise.
โข Creating a positive shopping experience for customers and building customer loyalty
5. Safety and Security
โข Ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures.
โข Implementing loss prevention measures to minimize theft and protect company assets.
6. Relationship Management
โข Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
โข Collaborating with other departments, such as human resources, to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements and skills
โข BS/MS OR degree in business administration or a related field
โข Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sale manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
โข Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
โข Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
โข Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
โข Strong business sense and industry expertise
โข Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
