Our company, Trejoy Pte Ltd, is a FMCG (Food and Beverage) products importer and distributor located at Tampines. We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to support us in achieving our business objectives for our new range of products. The primary role is to focus on setting annual sales goals and work towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Director and other colleagues. Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into clients is key to success in this role.

The Role:

• Identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, servicing accounts and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and selling actively create sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions (trade shows & consumer shows)
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

The Persona:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Have a Class 3/3A Driving License or pocess own car

What You'll Do:

• Identify and connect with potential clients: Research and identify potential business clients in the pet care sector, including veterinary clinics, pet shops, grooming salons, and boarding facilities.
• Build relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner businesses through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Present Smartpaw products: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our innovative pet tech solutions.
• Support sales process: Assist in the preparation of proposals and sales materials, and contribute to the negotiation and closing of deals.
• Provide excellent customer service: Address client inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction with Smartpaw products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals and contribute to the overall success of the B2B sales strategy.
• Stay informed about market trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the pet care sector.

What You'll Need:

• Sales acumen: A strong understanding of sales principles and a passion for building relationships.
• Passion for pets and technology: A genuine interest in pet well-being and a strong understanding of the role technology can play in enhancing pet care.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills: Confident and persuasive communicator with the ability to build rapport.
• Relationship-building expertise: A natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships.

• Bonus points: Existing network of contacts in the pet care industry, experience with CRM software, and familiarity with pet tech products.

Experience:

• While at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or a related field is preferred, we encourage enthusiastic individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
