1. Job Description:

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications

· Conducting testing to ensure that the system is functioning safely and efficiently

· Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the commissioning process.

· Lead and develop the respective ownership of all activities pertaining to commissioning which will involve partial oversight of project engineers and site supervisors as it pertains to commissioning scope.

· Review and acknowledge/approve on all project documents including design drawings, equipment submittal, specifications, quality control plan and understand project requirements pertaining to start-up and commissioning compliances

· Participate in the key design reviews such as P&ID, Equipment Layout, and HAZOP to ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements are incorporated into the design of the facilities

· Schedule and execute all the required inspections and tests are being carried out in accordance with the approved plan and keep proper documentation.

· Liaise and coordinate with system provider, contractors and authorities, to establish the testing & commissioning schedule.

· Organize and lead the integrated test meetings with internal and external parties

· Development of Test & Commissioning Plans and Integrated Test Plans

· Ensuring that all systems and components are tested in accordance with project requirements

· Analyzing test results and identifying any issues or deficiencies

· Working closely with system provider / sub-contractor, design and construction teams to resolve any technical issues during testing and commissioning

· Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including test reports and commissioning records

· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during testing and commissioning activities

1. Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering and minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in testing & commissioning of SCADA system and building services
• Knowledge and experience of the Rail / Infrastructure Industry
• Experience in developing and implementing testing and commissioning plan
• Extensive knowledge of industrial standards / guidance’s / good practice
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations

Performance of Duties

About The Role

As the Director / Head of Sales & Marketing, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies within the healthcare insurance sector. This pivotal role involves building and leading a high-performing team of Corporate Sales Managers, driving business growth, and enhancing brand presence.

Given this is a new expansion, you will have the unique opportunity to build from the ground up, crafting your own strategies and setting milestones to establish a robust sales and marketing framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Corporate Sales Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, including partnerships with third-party insurance providers and corporate clients.
• Brand Management: Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and positioning within the healthcare insurance industry.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor team performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance partners, healthcare providers, and internal departments.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Partnerships: Establish partnerships with technology providers to introduce advanced solutions that improve client experiences and streamline processes.
• Digital Transformation: Drive digitalization in Sales and Marketing strategies, leveraging digital tools and platforms to enhance customer enhancement.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 8-10 years in Corporate Sales & Marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the Healthcare / Insurance sector.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful Sales and Marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performance teams, with strong motivational and coaching abilities.
• Deep understanding of Singapore's healthcare/insurance landscape, including key players, market trends, and regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing platforms.

Education/Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications would be advantageous.
• Additional certifications or training in insurance, sales, will be a plus.
