Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a small team to develop compensation and performance management strategies, and translate them into policies, practices, and processes.

2. Oversee the annual review exercise for salary increment and bonus payout.

3. Participate in annual salary benchmarking exercises and reviews.

4. Manage the benefits administration and vendors.

5. Build collaborative partnership with external and internal stakeholders and provide recommendations and solutions to HR teams and business departments.

6. Derive insights from C&B data to enable more effective people decisions and optimize cost.

7. Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance to relevant regulations and policies.

Key Requirements

1. Minimum 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation, benefits and performance management.

2. At least 5 years of supervisory experience.

3. Strong attention to details and management of confidential information.

4. Strong analytical and communication skills.

5. Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.

6. University degree.

We will be establishing a small & agile ‘strategy’ team to run 3 priorities:

• Marketing: Build an Engagement Engine to drive high-quality MQL’s
• Strategy: Drive strategic initiatives & decisions to create scalability and value
• Partners: Structure and deploy a Partner program so partners help us scale

Role Overview:

The Growth Marketing Manager will focus on creating and executing full-funnel, multi-channel marketing strategies to build long-term awareness and drive high-level interest in our SaaS products and services.

You will be responsible for generating demand online, expanding our reach, and improving the brand’s visibility in the marketplace. This role emphasizes building and running campaigns across multiple channels, including content marketing, events, paid advertising, and partnerships, aimed at educating and engaging potential customers at various stages of the buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning: Develop and deliver demand generation campaigns that create brand awareness and generate market demand for our products.
• Content Development: Build compelling content and marketing assets, including blog articles, news, case studies and thought leadership articles. Our Sales-wins, our Product-updates and our Services-projects will be your source for all content
• Linkedin Strategy: Develop and implement plans that drive traffic growth based on companies, contacts, target audiences identified, using both paid campaigns and posts
• Integrated Marketing: Develop integrated marketing programs using digital channels such as social media, content marketing and webinars to drive engagement.
• Campaign Development: Create high-impact, large-scale campaigns that educate potential customers and nurture them from awareness through consideration stages.
• Performance Tracking: Track and report on campaign metrics such as brand engagement, website traffic, and customer interaction across touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in content marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar role in SaaS companies or Tech companies.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
• Able to create and implement effective marketing programs tailored to the local requirement faced in each different market.
• Ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance data and optimize based on insights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with a flexible approach to meet changing demands and deadlines.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including enterprise web and mobile applications, dxp platform implementations, creative campaigns and more. You are responsible for the entire life cycle of a number of client projects from inception through to delivery. With the support of the senior management team, you are responsible for translating a brief into a detailed scope document, planning and budgeting projects accurately, and managing the project and team effectively. To be successful in this role, you should be methodical and have excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a diverse range of fast-moving local and global complex projects that are innovation-based, strategic - digital - brand and communication-focused, from resourcing and scoping to delivery.
• Successfully deliver projects with high-quality deliverables, on time, and within budget.
• Identify what success looks like for each project, with client agreement, to ensure we achieve that as a team.
• Write thorough, considered scopes of work that can act as contracts for your projects to then tailor and communicate an appropriate structure by methodology or project phase, while documenting this clearly in the scope of work.
• Define and agree on the scope of work internally and with clients, and ensure projects are delivered within this agreed scope.
• Work with leads to accurately estimate a project according to the most appropriate model (e.g., fixed-price, capped time and materials, by project phase).
• Track and monitor overall project burn rates and financial progress by highlighting potential overruns before they occur and escalating and resolving financial issues as they happen.
• Present and communicate effectively internally and externally, both verbally and in writing.
• Manage multiple resources and studios to ensure the best outcome for clients and Aleph. Keep stakeholders informed of project progress at all times and manage expectations proactively.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks on a project, focusing on solutions. Balance specific client demands with project realities and reliably close the loop on all open issues in a timely manner.

Prerequisites

• Experience delivering full life-cycle projects in a digital agency or consultancy environment, implementing innovative, interactive, and consumer-focused solutions.
• Ability to code or previous experience in technical space is highly desirable.
• An accomplished communicator who gains the business's confidence and clients’ trust.
• Able to build strong relationships and achieve results under potentially difficult circumstances.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure with high flexibility and fluidity. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Possess good business acumen and sound judgment.
• Strong customer service ethos, committed to quality, with the will to drive improvements.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with solutions architecture and design is an added advantage.
• Experience with Sitecore, Contentstack, Adobe, and/or other headless and open source digital experience platforms is an added advantage
• Experience with Customer Life Cycle Martech Platform implementations is an added advantage
