Requirements:

• Nursing degree or equivalent medical qualification or Experience in sales and marketing of medical devices
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market dynamics in Southeast Asia.

Job Scope:

Responsibilities:

Operation Management

• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services and clinical care in the clinic
• Provide leadership on the day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Review, standardize and streamline workflow and processes
• Manage all administrative functions and reports
• Act as point of contact for Management
• Compliance with PHMC and MOH Ethical standards

HR/Staff Management

• Oversee, recruit and coach a team of dental nurses
• Manage all manpower requirements and HR policies, Payroll, Leave Management, etc
• Planning and management of staff/dentists schedule
• Staff appraisals
• Arrange regular clinic staff meetings

Inventory Management

• Management and negotiation and purchasing with suppliers within budget
• Conduct regular stock take and ensure good level of stocks at all time

Customer Management & Others

• Manage customer enquiries and other customer service/operational issues
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned

Business Development

• Business Development in terms of expansion of clinics and patients growth
• Marketing planning and execution of promotion
• Assist and development of social media marketing

Requirements

• Can-do attitude and positive demeanour, a people person

• Diploma/Degree in Management Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of operations management & supervisory experience
• Candidates with healthcare/hospital work experience will have an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Overall in charge of kitchen operations
• Procurement, selection, inspection and preparation of ingredients
• Cut various meats and vegetables as per established specification
• Track inventory stock in kitchen and conduct daily order
• Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
• Prepares food to the specifications of the client
• Prepares food before the arrival of guests
• Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
• Manage other employees in kitchen
• Acts as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
• Seasons food according to recipes or company needs
• Orders ingredients and spices as needed
• Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill
• Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preference
• Direct and lead the food assembly process
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistency in standards of food preparation, food presentation, cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant and kitchen equipment
• Supervise and monitor outlets in charge
• Ensure smooth running of operations
• Highlight issues to directors as and when
• At least 5 years' experience in western cuisine
• Good experience in western cuisine kitchen operation
• Knowledge of good hygiene practices
• Willing to work long hours and OT when required

Main Duties & Responsibilities

· Achieving on the monthly sales targets, gather sales leads, building a database of potential clients and covert prospects into new clients.

· Identifying the key decisions makers with the clinic manager and staffs to promote the company product and service on Cord Blood & / Cord Tissue.

· Establish and maintain a good rapports and relationship with clients (new / existing) , partners & customers

· Follow up closely with the customer on whole process from signing up case till delivery (Pre & Post Sales)

· Attending and be representative at all Baby events, seminars, corporate events, Antenatal talks, Lab visits

Skills & Experience:

· Diploma & Degree in Any discipline

· Experience in Healthcare & Medical industry is a plus
