Job Description:

• Assist and report to Director of Finance in all areas relating to finance operation, project, financial reporting, management analysis, consolidation and all treasury related matters.

Main Accountabilities

M&A

• Take charge of the whole process of M&A from evaluation, to support in NBO negotiations, due diligence coordination, SPA/APA support, signing and closing of the transaction of selected companies across the APAC region.
