Job Summary

This role has a direct reporting line to the CFO. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting all Business Units (BU) on all finance-related matters, including financial analysis, cost modeling, preparation and review of monthly and annual accounts, annual budgets and forecasts. • Lead QS team in overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts and tender processes from pre-tender to post tender.
• Support tender cost assessment and tender documents submission in compliance with Tender Instruction and the Specification / Requirement.
• Monitor tender and/or contract deliverables, timelines and obligations, ensuring adherence throughout the tender / project lifecycle.
• To assist Project Director and Head of Contract Division to review and finalize project costs, prepare project financial reports and contractual update to Senior Management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills in contract administration for Civil Work / Infrastructure projects.

REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience) :

· Educational Level and the field of study: Tertiary Education in Quantity Surveying fields or equivalent

· Type of experience required: Relevant skills in contract and commercial negotiation and drafting. Prefer relevant knowledge in infrastructure or underground tunnelling projects

· Amount of experience: At least 12 years’ experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects in managing commercial settlement / agreements. Good networking across construction industry and experience in both tender and post tender.
