Perform general day to day cleaning & housekeeping duties (shop should be clean)

Perform cashier duties, including end of day closing & account balancing using point of sale (POS) machine

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and provide proposal/offer to customers for Chamber, Oven, Chiller & Semiconductor Testing Equipment.
• Prepare onsite for service budgets.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries/proposals from customers, to meet the requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of sales follow-up.
• Prepare progress reports and customer updates.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
• Manage sub-contractor and ensure work compliance with specifications.

Job Specifications:

• Diploma holder in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• A minimum experience of 1-2 years in the Refrigeration Industry.
• Good knowledge and experience in Sales.
• Willing to travel.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimum supervision.

• Develop annual and quarterly business plans to maximize the sales and product focuses
• Responsible for demand planning and new product forecasting
• Responsible for the front line teams; to ensure they reach sales targets
• Gather, report, and communicate customers' feedback on service, customers, and product
• Measure, track and analyze key KPIs to enhance results
• Create reports for upper management
• Keep abreast with industry, market trends, and best practices
• Maintaining constant communication between management and staff, to ensure proper operations of the organization
• Achieving consistency across all outlets in terms of great customer experience, service standards, and customer satisfaction
