Job Objective:

Core Responsibilities:

• B2B sales
• Generate new opportunities to closing
• Develop new key accounts
• Serving and increasing sales from existing key accounts
• Present and submit weekly sales report
• Work closely with renowned partners like Samsung, Crestron, Bose, Martin Audio, QSC, Poly, Logitech, Microsoft, and in-house AV Designer Team to propose solutions to meet customer’s needs
• Negotiate pricing with partners to ensure bids are competitive
• Manage partners (Manufacturers)
• Source and secure partnerships for related solutions to increase the breadth of solutions to the same customer

Additional Responsibility for Sales Manager:

• Lead the Sales team to achieve sales target & manage customer experience

Experience:

• Must have minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with good sales track record
• Must have the keen interest in sales management and have the leadership trait (Sales Manager only)
• Have experience to look for opportunity in various tender portal, Gebiz and BCA
• Experience in Audio & Visual, videoconferencing, telephony solutions is a plus

Education Qualification:

• ITE/A Level/Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual is preferred OR
• Diploma in any discipline

Salary :

(AM) S$4K to $5.5K (OTE: $80K)

(SM) S$5.5K to $7K (OTE: $100K)

Job Description

• Timely and accurate preparation of sales quotation and sales order.
• Ensure data accuracy in customer’s information, records, orders, and invoices.
• Follow up promptly with internal and external customers to provide accurate and timely information, alternatives, and solutions to resolve issues.
• Liaise with internal departments to provide excellent post sales services (delivery and installation) to customers.
• Communicate important feedback from customers with internal teams to improve service excellence.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

- Develop and grow key accounts in the Oil & Gas sector, Pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors contribute company growth objectives in Singapore.

- Provide technical sales support and consultation to clients for the sale of electrical products in order to develop business opportunities and penetrate clients.

- Perform all aspects of selling to maintain and develop new or existing customers including: take-offs, project quotations, closing orders, preparation of submittals and resolving customer problems.

- Meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross margin targets with assigned accounts.

- Focus on identifying specific technical requirements of customers while simultaneously collecting commercial and competitive information associated with each account

- Cultivate effective long-term relationships at all levels of the customer organization.

- Attain expert knowledge of products, electrical goods market and competition.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (Diploma/Certification)

- Strong technical and commercial background.

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience to industrial customers

- Electrical product knowledge

- Very strong consultative selling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Resourceful and results-oriented.

Sales Engineer (CCTV Surveillance and Access Control System)

We’re seeking to hire an experienced Sales Engineer. The role of this position is to sell and promote the company’s products and services to key corporate clients and / or channel sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Building solid customer relationships with key accounts, prospecting and qualifying leads
• Identifying key customers or potential opportunities for both local and international business
• Proposing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and grow market share
• Provide technical support for Surveillance Systems and Access Control Systems or related equipment
• Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and market analyses

Requirements and skills:

• Diploma/Degree in IT/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 years of working experience in CCTV, Access Control and Integrated Security will be an advantage.
• Demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills are essential
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
• Must possess a high degree of intelligence, competence, maturity, adaptability, resilience, integrity and initiative in closing sales.
• Proficient in MS Office
