Job description:

• Lead and guide the marine operations department, aligning its activities with overall company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery within budget.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, optimizing resource allocation and procurement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance, key metrics, and financial results for senior management.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, marine cabling or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in marine dredging, marine cabling or marine construction.
• Willing to travel and work in challenging environment (e.g., offshore).

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Proficient in data analysis and experienced with production management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with ISO 22000 and HACCP standards is an advantage.
