3. Maintenance:Maintain electrical and instrument systems for food production equipment and machines.

4. Hands-On Assistance:Assist in day-to-day production activities, including assembly work, packing, and washing.

5. Work Hours:Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, demonstrating commitment to production schedules.

6. Physical Fitness:Possess physical fitness and the ability to carry loads weighing up to 20kg.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in managerial capacity and 3 years in Payroll
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations, HR best practices & C&B analysis related function
• Positive work attitude and good analytical skills
• Highly meticulous, organized and pro-active
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Excel (Lookup/Pivot Table), InfoTech
• Working location: EAST
