Role: Reports to Head of Sales

• Build and manage a customer base for service sales in the Industrial, Marine, Offshore, and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and foster strong relationships with clients.
• Maximize profit margins and achieve predetermined sales targets.
• Identify and implement sales and marketing strategies to capture opportunities in local and international markets.
• Deliver sales presentations and provide necessary customer support.
• Collect and analyze information on market demands, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements for all stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma (minimum), ideally in Business or Engineering.
• Experience with 2-stroke or 4-stroke marine engine services is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possesses a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
• Familiarity with the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Conduct forecasting and planning of materials to ensure smooth production process
Schedule and plan production activities based on job orders
Monitor the lead time of producing the finished product
Update and check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order
Ensure production schedule meet the delivery date
Liaise with suppliers for powder coating
Troubleshoot discrepancies and quality issues

Role:

• Manage the recruitment and retention of seafarers while overseeing all manning offices and agencies.
• Provide strong leadership and maintain close oversight of manning operations in Myanmar.
• Ensure budgets for each vessel and owner are accurately prepared and maintained.
• Develop strategies to address evolving manning requirements based on trade demands.
• Oversee the administration of the officer and crew appointment system.
• Create and implement personnel policies and employment conditions aimed at attracting, motivating, training, and retaining top-quality seafarers to meet company objectives.
• Regularly monitor and assess the performance of manning agents.
• Grow third-party crew management services and onboard new clients.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in crewing or a related marine shore-based role.
• Diploma or higher educational qualification.
• Strong written and spoken communication proficiency.
