• Acquire knowledge and learn of company's B2B education technology products.
• Understand amd engage the local and international B2B clients.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to maximize revenue.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT/ Business or related fields.
• At least 2 year relevant experience in SaaS or solution sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Experience in handling education sector accounts will have advantage.
• Strong client management & account servicing experience.
• Self-driven, independent and able to work in cross-team effort.

• Familiarity with industry trends, marketing strategies, and consumer psychology
• Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Presentation)
• Diploma in business, sales and marketing or related field required ; Bachelor’s degree in business, sales & marketing, communications or a related field is a plus

Job Description

• Serve as primary point of contact for both existing and potential clients.
• Address all sales inquiries, process orders, and offer tailored product recommendations to meet clients’/customers' needs with professionalism and good product knowledge.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients/customers to encourage repeat business and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities/prospective clients/customers through various outreach methods, e.g. phone, email, occasional in-person visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, sales documentation to support seamless order fulfillment.
• Accurate tracking of all sales activities and client/customer interactions will be essential.
• Regularly present sales reports to management.
• Maintain strong understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and clients/customers needs, to provide valuable recommendations to clients/customers and support business development.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge to enable you to provide tailored solutions for clients/customers.
• Provide feedback on client/customer preferences and market trends to contribute to development of marketing strategies and potential areas for growth.
• Ensure sales office and showroom are always clean, organized and present a professional environment for visitors.
