Requirements

• Certifications in TCM is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinic management or healthcare administration, preferably in TCM or wellness settings.
• Proven leadership experience managing clinic operations and teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial literacy, experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Experience with clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
