• Monitor, review, consolidate, and analysis of sales performance of product categories to maximize sales and manage inventory efficiently.
• Completing assortment analytics as inputs to developing seasonal category strategies and assortment plans designed by Merchandising Manager.
• Monitor and analyze sales, stock level, months to clear, and stock aging to make an appropriate recommendation at both the individual SKUs and brand’s level.
• Achieving the key performance metrics for a product category(s).
• Plan and monitor purchase align with regional guidelines.

Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Retail/Fashion/Business or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity and managerial position, preferably in retail operations and merchandising.
