Job Responsibilities:

• To manage and to ensure timely and accurate processing and confirmation of Sales Orders to Invoices.
• Timely tracking of orders and delivery fulfilment.
• Support the sales team in daily administration works such as filing of documents, data entry and responding to queries from vendors and customers when the assigned Account Managers are unavailable.
• Facilitate in invoicing, issuing of credit note and document matching for retail channel customers.
• Occasionally attend to customers who visit the office for self collection.
• Attend to customer and vendors enquiries on orders, and/or product availability
• Ad-hoc admin duties and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirement

• 2 or more years experience as Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role in similar capacity may be good
• SAP knowledge an advantage

The role will report to the Team Lead to develop and implement partnership strategies to promote SkillsFuture/Lifeong Learning Institute (LLI) messages and initiatives; with the aim of driving individuals to take learning actions and enterprises to upskill their workforce. You will also be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships to create a vibrant campus and learning community.

The primary responsibilities include the following:

· Conceptualise and drive strategies to develop new partnerships and leverage existing partnership network to promote SkillsFuture/LLI messages and initiatives to targeted segments and general populace. This includes planning, conceptualising and managing initiatives, programmes and content.

· Collaborate with partners to conceptualise and drive learning events and activities to targeted segments and general populace; with aim of promoting SkillsFuture/LLI messages and initiatives; and to drive the take-up rate of SkillsFuture/LLI programmes and initiatives

· Collaborate with other LLI teams and SSG stakeholders to capitalize and synergise on their efforts towards promoting SkillsFuture movement.

· Support the Outreach and Events team in the development of effective marketing and outreach strategies to support the efforts of partner engagements and events.

· Any other responsibilities deemed important to support the overall efforts to promote SkillsFuture/LLI programmes and lifelong learning.

Requirements

· Tertiary qualifications

· Preferably with at least 7 years of relevant work experience in the public sector or similar with some experience in areas such as partnership engagement, business development, planning and project management.

· Strong business writing, public speaking and presentation skills

· Able to adapt well to thrive in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment

· Possess analytical and strategic thinking skills to devise practical solutions to tackle work issues

· Possess project and resource management skills to handle concurrent work assignments, and deliver high quality-work within tight deadlines

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be a member of the Procurement Team under the Logistics Department, managing the procurement activities for Certis Group, with a specific focus on facility-related goods and services. Partnering closely with the Business, this individual should have a comprehensive understanding of procurement strategies, vendor management, and a proven track record in negotiating favorable contracts.

1. Facility-Related Procurement:
   • Lead the procurement of facility management services, including but not limited to maintenance, security, cleaning, and utilities.
   • Identify cost-effective solutions for facility-related needs while maintaining high-quality standards.
   • Responsible for sourcing/renewal of contracts
   • Support the business by providing costing during pre-bidding stage
2. Vendor Management:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
   • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
3. Strategic Sourcing:
   • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
   • Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and assess industry trends.
4. Negotiation:
   • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
   • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance.
5. Cost Optimization:
   • Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
   • Implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality.
6. Compliance:
   • Ensure procurement activities adhere to relevant regulations and company Rpolicies.
   • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• A Degree from recognized institutions preferably in facilities management / building / civil and structural engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in procurement with focus on facilities management.
• Familiar with industry standards, relevant laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage vendors with confidence and appropriate assertiveness when required.
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast-pace environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with good business writing skills.
• Meticulous, discipline and resourceful.
