• Operations Planning (including roster scheduling and manpower deployment, update SOPs and workflows, improve operational processes)
• Client Relations (Maintain and improve relationship with clients i.e. improve client satisfaction, Source for new clients)
• Finance knowledge (managing budgets, expenses, forecasting)
• Human Resources (market knowledge, hiring, compensation & benefits, training, retention, handle grievences)
• Leadership skills
• Drive service quality and effectiveness
• Support the Sales and Business Development team
• Able to work on the ground and relate to team members

Operation Manager

• Handles day to day deployment
• Conduct meeting with client
• Cover security post when requested
• Conduct Security Audits
• Irregular working hours
• Must be able to lead a team of 50 security officers and possibly, above.
• Strongly encouraged to have your own vehicle
• With PLRD licence (Security Supervisor Rank)
