Part of the checklist you will run through are to plan and execute all preparations needed for meetings and conferences with clients and VIP visits. You should be mobile and capable of working anywhere because you will perform daily check-ins around the building and lobby to ensure high housekeeping standards. Promoting client satisfaction

In this role, you’ll build and maintain positive tenant relationships by providing excellent customer services that follow key performance indicators agreed by the client and the company. You’ll also handle client/tenant queries, attend meetings and coordinate with the local authorities as required.

You’ll be working frequently with tenants, so you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. The Manager, Contracts (Site) assists the Senior Manager, Contracts in overseeing the operations of the Site Contracts and Commercial team. · Oversee and responsible for implementation of internal ERP
