In APAC region, we are looking for a dynamic and strong marketing talent to join us as Regional Marketing Manager, Life Care Solutions Business Unit, under the Medical Care Solutions Company.

To develop and lead marketing strategies in diabetes and consumer healthcare business from APAC regional point of view, through creating/delivering new values to the customers and close communication with 8 entities in Terumo Asia Holdings (TAP) which cover total 16 countries (Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, South Korea, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Laos, Bhutan and Nepal).

• Drive the overall market development strategy and tactics for the Life Care Solutions Business (Diabetes and Consumer Healthcare).
• Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development, and market research activities aligned to the direction of the business unit.
• Drive the annual strategic planning process, including revenue / volume forecast, marketing budget and resource allocation, pipeline of upstream and downstream marketing activities, supply-related initiatives, etc.
• Interacts directly with regional and global business unit and country marketing leaders in executing marketing programs, identify new marketing opportunities and align on localization of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with in-country commercial team in TAP entities throughout the planning and execution of market development strategy and activities.
• Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business models based on a robust segmentation analysis (STP).
• Drive regional and local digital marketing initiatives for the Diabetes business in collaboration with country marketing leaders.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers (OEM, Distributive products) regarding day-to-day business management of the products under existing contracts, as well as explore new business opportunities with existing or new suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with regional training and medical affairs to deliver a regional KOL engagement plan representative of a holistic go-to-market strategy particularly for new product launches.
• Responsible for all aspects of marketing operations including pricing, profitability, supply, forecast, product registration, budget, and resource allocation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• University Degree in any discipline
• MBA is preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum 7 Years of experiences in marketing role in pharmaceutical or medical devices industry, preferably with the similar portfolio as in LCS.
• Experience in working with diverse region is preferred.
• Therapy background in diabetes is preferred.
• Experience influencing teams without authority and working in a matrix organization.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, written and verbal skills.
• Ability to balance development of strategy plus focused execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts, with closing to be done monthly.
• Responsible for compiling monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports and conducting quarterly budget reviews.
• Oversee the entire annual statutory audit procedure, ensuring prompt communication with external auditors to finalise the audit ahead of the Annual General Meeting.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, overseeing payment cycles to ensure prompt bill payments and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analyses for different departments and recommend potential areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and prepare documents for procurement and ITQ/ITT submissions.
• Consistently uphold the organisation’s compliance with the Charity Act and Governance Evaluation Checklist.
• Liaison with banks for business transactions, payments, and any bank authorisation matters.
• Review and monitoring of billings and collections.
• Possess familiarity with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) to guarantee alignment of in-house protocols with PDPA guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Secretariat to Board

• Provide secretariat support in the appointment of Board members.
• Assist in organising Board meetings, Annual General Meetings (“AGM”), Sub-Committee meetings, and Board planning retreats. Records minutes at the various meetings.
• Assist in consolidating department updates for Board meetings.
• Assist in preparing Annual Report and financial statements for the purpose of presentation at Board Meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
• At least 3 years in a similar role, experience in a charity is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with precision, efficiency, and good team player.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal control measures.
• Proficient in IT troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with using Quickbooks and managing full set of accounts would be advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, and investigative skills.
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Meticulous and driven to complete assigned tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Attending to the customer enquiries promptly and follow up with them in a friendly and professional manner
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Addressing customer service issues expeditiously
• Understanding and analyzing the market trends and changes in customers demands
• Liaise with internal department to ensure proper lease management documentation and administration
• Deliver sales presentations & conduct viewings and site tours with potential clients
• Accountable for occupancy rate for all sales projects
• Responsible for lease negotiations and follow up on terms of lease with tenants
• Build & maintain strong relationships with tenants to generate referrals & to obtain repeated business
• Work closely with operations team to ensure delivery of high level of customer satisfaction
• Monitoring performance data and KPIs on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Degree in Sales & Marketing / Real Estate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 year(s) of related working experience
• Excellent command of written & spoken English & Mandarin (to be able to liaise with Chinese speaking clients)
• Strong lease management documentation and administration skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Work with the platform technologies and languages such as Java, Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST/API services. - Customize the platform's storefront accelerator to build fully functioning e-commerce sites on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices - All code must conform to platform-specific & industry-leading practices.

Job Responsibility:

· Demonstrated ability to understand technical documentation such as functional requirements and technical designs and translate these documents into working code.

· Demonstrated ability to debug and troubleshoot issues with both existing and new code on the SAP Commerce platform

· Develop Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of Hybris

· Develop awesome features such as product search, order management, promotions, store locator, social ecommerce etc

· Setup Hybris development environments and sandboxes

· Develop and deploy simple custom CMS components

· Diagnose and solve technical problems related to commerce and Hybris implementation

· Write application code that exceeds the defined quality standards

· Knowledge of project and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Rally, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Requirements

· Relavant years of Hybris development experience

· Hybris with work experience on WCMS, Commerce, Checkout and Cart, Order Management, User Groups, Product and Catalog management, internationalization, BB,BC, Promotions, scenarios, CSC, Cron Jobs, Impexes etc

· Solid understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) architecture. - Solid understanding of both Object-Oriented concepts and the MVC paradigm.

· Minimum primary skill and other technical skill required Servlets, JSP, Struts, Spring MVC, MsSQl, JQuery, Java/J2EE

· Good communication and team handling skills

· Good analytical and presentation skills

· Knowledge on software architecture and multiple project methodologies: waterfall, agile, Scrum, et al.

· Good Communication skills and should be able to handle client communications
