· Startup Recruitment: Together with innovation programme partner(s), identify and recruit high-potential startups to participate in The GEAR Residency Programme, conduct outreach and marketing efforts to attract a diverse range of startups, and manage the application and selection process to ensure a high-quality cohort.

Community Management

• Events: Organize community-building activities and events to enhance engagement and networking to promote open innovation agenda. Plan and execute workshops, networking events, and demo days. Internal Collaboration
