Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field or business administration.

Deputy Site Service Manager

Position overview

Hitachi Asia Ltd. is searching for a Deputy Site Service Manager to join the Particle Therapy Systems Division for its Proton Beam Therapy (PBT*) project at National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS).

(*) The PBT System is the most advanced radiotherapy system composed of a particle accelerator, rotating gantry and its control systems etc.

The Deputy Site Service Manager will be responsible for daily technical operation and maintenance of the PBT system installed at National Cancer Centre Singapore and will lead a team “Service and Maintenance Organization (SMO)” and supervise its activities. The QA/QC Manager for Offshore Substation (OSS) is responsible for the overall quality assurance and quality control of all activities related to the design, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of the offshore substation. The role ensures that all processes, systems, and deliverables meet the required quality standards, industry regulations, and Employer Requirement. The QA/QC Manager will implement and oversee the project-specific quality management system (QMS), ensure compliance with quality standards, and lead efforts to identify and mitigate quality risks throughout the project lifecycle.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Assurance (QA):

• Develop, implement, and improve the project’s QMS in line with Employer Requirement, industry standards (ISO 9001, IEC, DNV, etc.), and Korea regulatory requirements where necessary.

Quality Control (QC):

• Supervise all quality control activities related to offshore substation BOP and materials, including inspections, testing, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and site acceptance tests (SAT or HAT) for the main electrical equipment (MEQ), structures, and other BOP.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction and installation activities comply with quality specifications. Monitor offshore installation activities, including Topside construction, equipment commissioning, and so on.
• Track, report, and manage non-conformities (NCs) for materials, processes, and equipment. Ensure that root causes are identified, corrective actions are implemented, and preventive actions are taken to avoid recurrence.
• Ensure that all testing, including electrical, mechanical, and structural tests, are carried out according to Employer Requirement, approved standards, procedures, and protocols.
• Make sure that the offshore substation meets DNV Project Certification based on DNV-ST-0145 (2021 Edition) primarily.
• Supervise the commissioning process to verify that the offshore substation meets all operational and safety requirements.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. Ensure all QC-related documents are in compliance with regulatory requirements and Employer’s expectations.
• Ensure the compilation and completion of quality records, inspection reports, and test certificates for final handover to Employer upon project completion.

Project Integration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the project engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure quality management is integrated into all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Interface with external stakeholders such as regulatory authorities, certifying bodies, and Employer to ensure the quality system and results meet project standards and expectations.
• Communicate quality-related issues, risks, and actions to Project Manager, Interface and Risk Manager, and other stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify quality-related risks, including those related to offshore conditions, materials handling, and installation processes. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and prevent issues from impacting project timelines, costs, or safety.

Marketing Assistant Manager Job Description

Our company is looking to hire a marketing assistant who will be working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials such as white papers and case studies. Marketing Assistant Manager Requirements:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, execute and implement strategic business development plans and campaigns to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Cultivate, manage and maintain new and existing relationships with customers and key channel partners to drive sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new opportunities through market research, networking and secure new partnerships to expand the distribution network.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new product and service opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to support the go-to-market strategy.
• Analyse sales data and provide insightful reporting to the business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that promote our solutions.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential customers.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 10 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Experience with “cash handling” products or similar industries.
• Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Scope of Services

The scope of the services include, but are not limited to:

• Support project officers in managing IT systems across planning, design, development, deployment, maintenance, and support stages, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Facilitate system onboarding to cloud platforms, manage service activations and data migration processes, and handle technical feasibility assessments of change requests.
• Manage development and management of applications development lifecycle
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure contract compliance, report project progress to managers and stakeholders, and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• 2 - 3 years of experience in digital project management, preferably having gone through at least one (1) full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
