Job Overview: The Store Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management:
   • Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to drive store performance.
   • Monitor daily sales, identify trends, and take corrective actions as needed.
   • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, improve profitability, and attract new customers.
   • Regularly analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
2. Team Leadership:
   • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve store goals.
   • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and recommend training or development plans.
   • Foster a positive and high-energy work environment that encourages collaboration and a customer-first attitude.
   • Schedule shifts, manage labor costs, and ensure staffing levels meet customer demand.
3. Customer Service:
   • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints or issues promptly.
   • Train and guide staff in best practices for customer interaction and product knowledge.
   • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere to attract and retain loyal customers.
   • Develop and implement customer retention strategies (e.g., loyalty programs, promotions).
4. Inventory Management:
   • Oversee inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
   • Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure the store is well-stocked with products that meet customer demand.
   • Conduct regular stock audits and implement loss prevention measures.
5. Store Operations:
   • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
   • Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and drive sales.
   • Enforce store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
   • Manage cash handling, register reconciliation, and daily financial reports.
6. Reporting and Administration:
   • Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports, and other performance metrics to senior management.
   • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
   • Monitor and manage store expenses and profitability, identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
7. Marketing and Promotions:
   • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and events.
   • Create and execute local marketing strategies to increase store foot traffic and sales.
   • Ensure that promotional displays are set up correctly and that promotional materials are used effectively.

• Responsible for coordinating sales meetings and events.
• Provide support in handling daily sales-related documentation.
• Facilitate the sales process efficiently upon receipt of Purchase Orders.
• Assist in taking minutes of meetings, documenting key notes and action items.
• Rendering support for the sales team in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
• Prepare Quatation/Invoices.
• Assist the sales team in compiling and organizing required documents for client interactions, to support team members in the field.
• Work in tandem with the sales team to streamline the sales process.
• Focus primarily on administrative tasks, ensuring sales back-end operations run smoothly.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

· Respond and manage telephone/online catering sales enquiries

· Build and maintain good client relationship and build rapport

· Assist clients in event planning, packaging and menu selection

· Keep abreast of trends and developments in catering industry

· Active brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients

· Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions

Requirements

· Computer Literate/Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office

· relevant experience in F&B industry will be an advantage

· Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients

· Self disciplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency

· Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales oriented

· Outgoing personality, highly motivated, independent individual and yet an inclusive team player

Responsibilities:

• Handle vehicle sales.

• Handle short term and long term rental activities including handing / taking over bikes for QC checks, phototaking of vehicle conditions, etc…

• Handle administrative duties for sales.

• Attend the handing over process of bikes to customers.

• Follow up on production / new vehicle preparation activities.

• Prepare costing for quotation

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Preferably have Class 2B license

• Basic experience / knowledge in motorcycle accessories

• Customer oriented / outgoing personality
