Relevant Academic degree.

Prior experience and knowledge of financial services regulations or regulatory technology are ideal but not essential.

Ability to manage a technically complex sales process involving a multitude of stakeholders.

Some experience of SaaS and cloud technologies – preferred.

(*) The PBT System is the most advanced radiotherapy system composed of a particle accelerator, rotating gantry and its control systems etc.

The Deputy Site Service Manager will be responsible for daily technical operation and maintenance of the PBT system installed at National Cancer Centre Singapore and will lead a team “Service and Maintenance Organization (SMO)” and supervise its activities. The Interface and Risk Manager will oversee the coordination of all interfaces and the management of risks across various stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams in the offshore substation project. This role ensures that potential technical, commercial, and operational risks are effectively managed, and that seamless communication and collaboration among the stakeholders are maintained throughout the project's lifecycle.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Interface Management:

• Act as the main focal point for all project interfaces between the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and all external stakeholders
• Ensure clear and timely communication between all parties, ensuring all interface-related issues are documented and resolved efficiently, and manage Interface management plan and the related deliverables.
• Oversee the integration of various technical and system interfaces (electrical, mechanical, control systems, etc.) to ensure seamless functionality of the offshore substation.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, consultants, and other external parties, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess potential risks to the project, including technical, commercial, schedule, environmental, and schedule risks in cooperation with project teams.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis to determine the likelihood, impact, and priority of identified risks. Use risk management tools like Monte Carlo simulations, FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), risk matrices, and schedule risk management tool.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including contingency plans for high-priority risks.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to minimize the impact of risks on the project.
• Continuously monitor project risks, ensuring that mitigation actions are effective.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with project team (engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams) to identify and resolve interface issues and risks across all stages of the project.

Education
