Jobs Description:

• To demonstrate excellent knowledge and provide expert advice on merchandise range and details.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 years retail sales experience in fashion, with good sales skills and sales service attitude

Job Descriptions

• Drive sales across all the company’s offline sales channels, including retail stores, distribution channels and private shopping service, through setting short and long-term channel strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.

• Work with and mentor the retail sales team to ensure that flagship store sales targets are met through building a sales strategy, running promotional activities.

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key internal/external personnel across sales channels.

• Work on opening and managing distribution for exclusive brands under the company, with key strategies implemented to achieve distribution sales goals.

• Building on customer engagement initiatives and implement improvements that can be made to optimise both sales and customer experience.

• Provide feedback to Management team on consumer sales trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.

• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including operations, merchandising, marketing, retail, ecommerce, and management to meet sales performance objectives.

• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned channel partners.

• Accountable for weekly sales reporting at Management meetings.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.

• Develop strategies and ideas for campaigns ( brand, advertising, PR, content, social, digital)

• Identify new markets/clients, ensure smooth operations, and optimize company profitability • Collaborate full sales team to continually improve the effectiveness of our sales (improving processes, developing client personals, campaigns, promotions etc.)

• Plan, elevate and manage sales forecast to achieve sales target.

• Other related duties assigned as per interview with our Managing Director.

Requirements

• A university degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in management capacity, overseeing sales channels.
• Experience with fashion, beauty and retail companies will be advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Translate overall Project Plan to a planning for the operational activities within the project, ensure the availability of the required means and adjust planning if required.
• Organise and ensure the overall execution of the operations, coordinate the works on site, advise on improving project execution, in line with operational planning, budget and QHSE-S standards.
• Organise the logistics within the scope of own operational area of responsibility in cooperation with Technical Department and other relevant stakeholders.
• Evaluate and report on the project phases and end results of the project, analyse non-conformities and complaints and make proposals for improvement.
• Co-develop, implement, optimise and/or continuously improve work processes, productions and working methodologies.
• Prepare and write method statements to execute work scopes.
• Support and manage the implementation of DRIVE on the project.
• Work and act in accordance with the applicable QHSE-S instructions
• Guide and supervise a team of operational superintendents.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications/Degree/Diploma/Master in Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge and experience)
• With minimum 8 years experience in the same industry
• Possess high HSE DNA skills as to drive and lead HSE performance on site
• Have contractual knowledge as to negotiate and implement contracts / subcontracts
• Have high people skills as to lead a versatile, multinational team of staff and crew
• Be fully skilled in Microsoft office software as to lead meetings and presentations with Clients
• Be fully proficient in English language (reading / writing / speaking)

· E-mail marketing: prepare and schedule eDMs, track performance and optimise over time.

· Identify content opportunities

· On site photography, videography and content production.
