• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry, ideally with involvement in all stage of a project's life cycle, from tendering to handover (Completed a whole project cycle)
• Prior experience in infastrutural, HDB surface carpark improvement works, NPARK/SLA project, relating of construction and landscape works or terms key related project.
• Solid technical knowledge for Civil Engineering project and contract administration

Job  Description

Purpose of the job:

Part of the Financial Reporting Team to produce timely financial statements that are consistent across the ST Engineering Group and in accordance with group policies and financial accounting standards.

Key job Accountabilities:

• Accountable for all financial and management reporting requirements of a portfolio of entities
• Supervise a team of co-workers to achieve financial excellence, including the following: 1) timely and accurate monthly reporting and submission of financial results; 2) transactions are properly accounted for in accordance with the relevant statutory regulations, accounting standards, and group polices; 3) proper cost allocation for line of business reporting; 4) reconciliations of intercompany balances/transactions and key accounts are performed and reviewed; 5) preparation of harmonized set of statutory accounts for all entities within the ST Engineering Group

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications
• Chartered Accountant will be an advantage

• Sound knowledge of accounting standards and relevant statutory requirements
