Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Ā· Establish relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer service
Ā· Provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customersā needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Ā· Lead and provide guidance to therapists on the service and treatments to customers
Ā· Assist the Senior Sales Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg. Staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc
Ā· Assist the Senior Sales Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively
Ā· Assist the Senior Sales Manager to handle customers' complaints and feedback
Ā· Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment
Ā· Achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch
Ā· To assist in making cold-calls to customers
Ā· Ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good & conductive condition
Ā· Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management
Requirements:
Ā· Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record
Ā· Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative
Ā· Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented
Ā· Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities
Ā· Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities
Ā· Willing to work retail hours (split shift work, weekends and public holidays)
Ā· Passionate about the beauty and service industry
Ā· Must be able to work night shift and split shift
Ā· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
