We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager who will be reporting into our Director of Product Management. You will be defining, planning, and executing the product strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain treasury infrastructure of the Group and company portfolio including:
  • Develop and maintain treasury infrastructure (bank accounts, TMS, ERP integration)
  • Manage bank relationships and KYC requirements
  • Manage relationship with TMS providers and other external counterparts
  • Actively engage in continue improvement, automation and digitalization of treasury operations

• Oversee and supervise centralized treasury operations including:
  • Payment and receipts processing
  • Financial transactions (such as external loan, internal loan, derivatives) approval and settlements
  • Cash and cashflow reporting
  • Bank accounts and bank platform management
  • KYC from banks and financial institutions
  • Month end closing and year end audits

• Manage treasury activities of the company portfolio in charge including
  • Maintain and update cashflow, funding forecast
  • Maintain and update FX and other financial risk exposure, develop solutions with risk management team
  • Arrange bank guarantees, LCs and short-term credit facilities
  • Review capital structure, recommend intercompany settlement or dividend distribution
  • Review and report financial ratio, treasury performance of the portfolio
