Daily visit of clients at their premises mostly retails outlets

Act on the feedback to ensure quality delivery of services
Responsible for meeting sales quota with the sales team

Handling pre and post sales enquiries from customers
Entering confirmed orders
Arrange and track delivery of services and ensure that the services are up to standard
Communicate with clients regarding on their orders and our products
Job Requirements
Require to work on alternate Saturday and Sunday
Speak Mandarin to customers and read simple written Chinese
Good verbal and written communication skills
5.5 day work week

Visiting clients in the weekend 2 times a month

Experience in Sales to Retail and Stationary is advantages
Require to travel to clients retails store

1. To liaise with building Main Con on Archtecture works and details for projec coordination

2. To liaise with sub con on project details and installation issued

3. To work on project schedule and minor change on the details if needed minor changes on the details drawings.

4. To liaise with builder Safety officer for the safety issued.

5. To liaise with office for Miscellaneous site issued.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and connect with potential clients: Research and identify potential business clients in the pet care sector, including veterinary clinics, pet shops, grooming salons, and boarding facilities.
• Build relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner businesses through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Present Smartpaw products: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our innovative pet tech solutions.
• Support sales process: Assist in the preparation of proposals and sales materials, and contribute to the negotiation and closing of deals.
• Provide excellent customer service: Address client inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction with Smartpaw products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals and contribute to the overall success of the B2B sales strategy.
• Stay informed about market trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the pet care sector.

Brief on the Role

Ferco is looking to hire an ambitious and energetic Graduate Sales
Executive to work with the Repair and Maintenance division of Ferco
Singapore. The successful candidate will work directly under the Manager of the division and assist in generating profitable new business for the company, assist with proposals and tenders for incoming enquiries as well as aid the Manager in the day to day running of the operation. This is a full time role based in Hillview in Singapore.

Duties

• Understand the market and find new avenues to generate

business to hit department targets

• Find new avenues of growth through long-term service contracts

to augment ad-hoc business.

• Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for incoming

enquiries

• Prepare information and assist the Manager with tender

submissions

• Provide input and assist with new digital and traditional marketing

campaigns

• Follow up on submitted proposals and work closely with the

Manager to foster strong relationships with customers
• Create and track submitted proposals and report status to the

Manager

• Develop an appropriate network of industry contacts and reach

out with direct marketing tools

• Liaise with manufacturers of products to study problems,

troubleshoot technical questions and relay information back to Manager

• Represent InterMoor at trade exhibitions and events as required
