Responsibilities:
* Perform strong back-end administrative support to outdoor sales team
* (Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing)
* Professionally handle high volume of inquires and assist to provide effective solution for customers’ issues
* Provide excellent support and customer-service
* Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed
* Support lead manager by ensuring projects adhere to agreed plans and schedules.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to facilitate smooth operations.
* Attend online and offline product training sessions arranged by vendors to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
* Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and documents for tenders.
* Proactively sourcing for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Business or related field
2. At least 1-2 Year(s) of working/administrative experience in relevant field
3. Exposure to computer hardware/software/maintenance contract
4. Strong phone presence, interpersonal & customer service oriented
5. Enjoy interacting and communicating with people, and maintaining good rapport with our IT Business Partners
