A leading entertainment facilities and events provider is looking for a Channel Strategy Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will support the management in developing and executing multi-channel strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, and foster customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive channel strategies to improve brand recognition and drive traffic to our entertainment facilities.
• Work with our internal teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives
• Examine consumer behavior, market trends, and demography to identify growth opportunities
• Track and evaluate performance indicators to optimise strategies and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee the search for and setting up of new outlets.
• Efffectively manage resources to achieve desired results

Requirements:

• Experience in developing and implementing channel strategies, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or retail industry
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications

To join us as a Financial Advisor, you should:

• Have obtained a diploma or degree in any field
• Enjoy seeing tangible results of your hard work, and motivated by performance-based incentive structures
• Have good interpersonal skills and be passionate about helping customers achieve greater financial competency

• Attend product and application training at Singapore Head Office in Singapore (Approximately 3 to 6 months). Training is paid.
• Develop a thorough understanding of products and applications through classes, seminars, and on-the-job training.
• Provide technical consultation and service to customers to help solve their applications using company products in a variety of industries, selecting and promoting the proper company products/services for their application.
• Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in adapting to Singapore expectations and the challenges customers present you.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer requests.
• Secure new customers consistently and efficiently.
• Travel to customer locations three days per week and successfully sell products/services into a wide variety of manufacturing & related industries.
• Coordinate account strategy and contribute to territories strategic plan.
• Successfully implement new product-launch strategies.
• Deliver growth in market share within assigned sales territory.
• Coordinate off-site seminars and trade shows as needed.
• Manage day-to-day activities with little to no managerial supervision.
• Understand and observe company / department policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Degree in engineering field. Candidates with a business related degree would also be considered.
• Interest in working in manufacturing environments.
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests.
• Desire to better yourself through our intensive training, mentorship, engaged management, and pro-active, process-oriented sales approach.
• Willingness to travel 60% of the time, including the possibility of overnight travel.
• Preferred to have VALID Class 3 Licence.
