Job Description

1. Provide leadership and regular coaching to Team Leaders and Agents.

2. Responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the contact centre, which includes effective resource

planning in ensuring KPIs are consistently achieved

3. Work closely with HR to ensure fast, effective, and quality staff recruitment

4. Build an engaging and motivated workforce by creating a positive and vibrant environment for staff to

thrive. This could be in the form of daily huddle sessions, team building activities and monthly

coaching sessions.

6. Conduct consistent reviews of staff performance to identify training gaps and needs

Duties of HR & Finance Manager:

• Lead financial closing and analysis.
• Work with external partners (banks, auditors) and prepare financial reports.
• Manage taxes and payments.
• Guide the team and support the managing director in financial matters.
• Handle all HR processes, from recruitment to development and administration.
• Collaborate on local and global HR initiatives.
• Assist with training and development.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and expertise for information security to safeguard the digital assets and enhance the security
• Liaise with IT or business users to manage and implement IT Security systems projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and discuss construction method and choice of material with Project Manager, Consultants and specialist works-contractors and finalize the most appropriate practical, productive and safe construction method in advance of works for compliance to statutory requirements.
