About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Account Manager to join sales team for IT solution provider managing BFSI Domain. This role is pivotal in driving client relationships, generating revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the financial industry.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions to meet their goals.

Sales and Revenue Growth

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role in the financial industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in managing high-value client accounts.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
