Salary: Up to 5.8K SGD + Performance bonus up to 3.5 months + travel allowance 800 SGD
Responsibilities:
1. Attention to Customers / Sales partners
• Develop a strategy for the assigned accounts
o Application/ product strategy
o Pricing strategy
o Coordinate the above worldwide
• Service the customer according to the requirements
• Maintaining & following monthly SOA`s and Supplier Score Card from Customer Portals
• Organize frequent visits to customers/Sales partners
• Write visit reports and carry out necessary activities implied by these
• Establish personal contacts with customer`s decision makers
• Collect feedback of customers and propose most appropriate solutions
• Cash Flow Management (Supervision of the payment behavior of the customer as well as the securing the receipt of overdue payments)
• Lead the Change Management and related Price negotiations
2. Market Development
• Acquire new customers
• Conduct and provide market data
• Estimate market potential and develop market strategies
• Provide market demand in order to establish sales forecast
• Verify and control sales targets
• Trace and inform company about new demands and market trends in the region
3. Key Account Management
• Responsible for own accounts & supports the activities in client’s world Key Account Org.
• Review and Update of Won-Lost list
• Project Management - Ensure timely input of deliverables into the system
• Generating management reports, accurately reflecting the account situation and necessary actions
4. Quotations / Contract Reviews
• Clarify technical customer requests in collaboration with Application Engineer
• Determine payment- and delivery terms
• Prepare and send quotations, follow ups
• Negotiate prices
• General Contract Review
5. Application Engineering
• Coordinate projects between customer, Application Engineer, client’s Center of Operations worldwide, especially for new developments
• Find and verify potential new applications
• Get sign-offs for newly implemented drawings and design changes
• Initiate sample orders and follow up
• Coordination of drawings, specifications as well as requesting customer approvals
• Facilitate deviation approvals
• Review of incoming quality complaints and return shipments in cooperation with the quality engineer
• Fill the Innovation Ideation Pipeline
• Support strategic projects on-demand
6. Setup and Management of Dealer network
• Find and select potential sales partners for specific market segments and regions
• Manage existing sales partners
• Develop sales partners sales skills through organizing training sessions
• Give basic product training for sales partners and customers
7. Competitor observation
• Observe competitor activities by understanding their product range, talking to existing and potential customers, collecting marketing information, visiting fairs, etc.
Requirements:
• Experience in the Automotive sales 1-2 years
• 3-5 years sales experience required
• Technical degree, mechanical engineering preferred
• Basic SAP knowledge preferred
• Microsoft office fluency
