1. Manages group room enquiries (10 or more rooms / people) and related functions, dealing from receipt of request to contracting and payment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and any other assistance related to feng shui products and services.
• Provide professional, unbiased sales advice and share knowledge of feng shui principles to help customers make informed decisions.

• Perform daily cleaning duties and ensure that products are well-merchandised and neatly displayed according to store standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 year of sales experience, preferably in retail or feng shui-related industries.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused with a strong desire to deliver excellent service.
• Team-oriented with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
• Some experience in human resource management, capable of training and guiding team members.
• Enjoy working in a retail environment and comfortable with weekend and public holiday shifts.

• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)

Job Description:

1. Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers for IBMS/BMS Systems in local market.

2. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.

1. Collaborate with various internal departments and consultants to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests and focus on improving the customers’ experience.

2. Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.

3. Build and strengthen the relationship with M&E consultants, contractors and developers.

4. Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs to ensure the KPIs are met.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

2. 3 to 5 years working experience in related industry.

3. Good technical knowledge of IBMS/BMS Systems

4. Able to build and maintain good rapport with all internal and external stake holders including clients, M&E consultants, contractors, developers and team members.

5. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

6. Professional experience in a sales or customer service role.

7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
