- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, preferably in Pharmaceutical, Biomedical sciences, or Business-related studies.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in sales to hospitals, aesthetic centres, or clinics.
- Manage teams of sales representatives.
- Plan and execute sales penetration and promotion campaigns.
- Train sales representatives on sales techniques and accompany new representatives on sales calls to mentor them, particularly in pharmaceutical products.
- Supervise medical representatives in the field to develop and improve selling skills.
- Analyse market situations to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to facilitate the implementation of marketing plans.
- Ensure team budgets and goals are achieved through effective motivation and coaching.
- Conduct regional meetings to articulate regional plans for sales action.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical products to identify marketing opportunities and train representatives effectively.
- Report to management on sales performance.
- A commercially astute and customer-focused individual with a strong sales track record.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to drive the sales team.
- Proficient in database management and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to foster strong business relationships.
- Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel.
