RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage and grow suite of Cyber Security products, technical services and other related services.
• To drive service creation and service quality enhancement of its products and to increase market share and profitability by continuous product enhancements, operation improvements, and product marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyse market conditions and provide critical inputs to management for medium-and long-term business planning
• Create and maintain the business cases for strategic pricing and non-standard terms and conditions

JOB SUMMARY

Under general direction, the Technical Sales Manager is responsible for managing the technical sales aspects including segment, product line & technology packages, and all relevant technical supporting activities throughout the entire sales process. Successful activities include: collaborating within the sales organization on new customer opportunities, building strong customer relationships, technology training, collecting & analyzing customer/market insights to identify winning technology solutions, and supporting strategic sales growth initiatives. • Follow up and resolve shipment discrepancy with vendors.
