Responsibilities:

• Manage clients’ relations and build contacts with potential clients for new business opportunities.
• Responsible for planning and implementing market penetration strategies and sales targets and for building strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify leads and lead new business opportunities to expand distribution channels / networks.
• To exceed or achieve monthly sales targets / new business development served in the assigned area.
• Track, monitor and analyse products, channels and customers sales trends in order to maximise sales opportunities and achieve desired sales results.
• Carry out and plan other sales and marketing functions to increase efficiency.
• Take initiative in implementing best practices to perform duties.

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant experience in foodservice sales or business development within FMCG or Seafood industry
• Proven sales experience meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Min. Diploma in business or related field

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage inventory control processes, including stock-taking and monitoring.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to meet operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Coordinate and liaise with various departments to optimize warehouse processes.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Resolve operational issues effectively to maintain seamless workflows.

Job Description

• Manage the operations of logistics department
• Monitor transportation modes, rounting, equipment
• Manage the daily activities of the container trucking operations
• Ensure the prime mover drivers and their workload full coverage where necessary
• Prepare report, schedule for shipment inbound and outbound
• Ensure to improve the efficiency of the company's supply chain

Job Requirements

• Min diploma/ degree holder in supply chain, business admin or logistics
• 3 to 5 years experience in supply chain, shipping, freight forwarding industry
• Preferably with operation knowledge on logistics control on container trucking/PSA
• Able to work effectively and independantly in a fast paced enviroment
