RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees various aspects of the marketing function, including advertising, Public Relations, event management, liaison with agencies on concept development, creative production, and implementation.
• Manage and update content on the Company website, Facebook, and other social media platforms to ensure an effective digital presence.
• Support the planning, organization, and execution of events in alignment with approved marketing plans.
• Maintain and track inventory for marketing and promotional materials such as brochures and corporate gifts.
• Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams to identify challenges and opportunities, driving effective marketing strategies.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Multimedia or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Video Editor.
• Knowledge of marketing and analytical tools such as SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Open to candidates without prior experience but must possess a keen interest in the automotive industry.
• Possessing a Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Description

• Support the overall daily operation of Logistics & Shipping and Warehouse departments
• Provide support to Coordinators on shipment related matters
• Issue delivery orders and invoices for delivery
• Ensure proper filing of documents and correspondences
• Assign and control of delivery schedules to delivery contractors on all local deliveries
• Prepare and arrange courier services for all sample arrangement or dispatch documents related to Sales
• Liaise with for forwarder for shipment booking & follow up shipment detail
• Prepare and submit documents for marine insurance under CIF shipment
• Liaise with appointed forwarders for all inwards Freight, resolve all hiccup issues with related to shipments
• Support the Item code to SWS-WH for all goods received
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the company
