Responsibilities:

• Identifies and handles sales leads effectively and efficiently, confirming every possible piece of business through focus selling and follow-up.

• Takes charge of all Event Leads and planning leading up to the event.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Sales and Marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Knowledge in Corporate, CI & M and Catering sales, F&B knowledge, Event organization, and audio-visual equipment.
• Proficient in technology and software tools for Sales and Marketing, and ability to leverage technology to support productivity and profitability.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a sales team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with customers and business partners.
• Outstanding computational abilities and a strong sense of business acumen to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with the local market and its competitors.

Job Description

• Customer engagement to identify their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle leasing and sales
• Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators
• Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover.
• Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates
• Provide customer service, service recovery, and follow-ups on assigned corporate accounts

Requirements

Job Purpose:
