Overview

As Local Coordinator and as part of the Blended Care Team, you will assist the care management team in developing social activities and interest groups for residents at a physical centre, under the Health District @ Queenstown. This effort is in part to support social-health integration and enhance care delivery in the community.

These activities include working with residents and community partners to co-create, plan and conduct ground-up activities (e.g. exercise groups, hawker centre tours, etc.), encourage residents to participate in suitable programmes, within and beyond the physical space and oversee the general operations at the centre.

You will be involved in facilitating the development and implementation of Health District Queenstown Lighthouse Projects involving National University Health System (NUHS) and various community partners in Queenstown to support social-health integration and enhance care delivery in the community.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

1. Co-create and organise activities and interest groups at the physical space

· Engage residents and volunteers to co-create, plan, and conduct activities and interest groups e.g. hawker centre tours to share on healthier eating habits.

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree in the field of Social Sciences (e.g. social work, counselling, psychology), with prior experience in related areas such as social care services, aged care services and/or community engagement.

· At least 2 – 3 years of working experience.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Health Policy, Healthcare Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in market access, public policy, or healthcare strategy/consulting, trade associations, preferably within the MedTech or broader healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of healthcare systems and reimbursement frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster strategic partnerships with C-level executives, business unit leaders, and senior management to elevate the company's profile and ensure stakeholder collaboration
• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives and vision
• Collaborate with Executive Management to identify and capitalize on internal and external opportunities, driving business growth and innovation
• Design and implement tailored sales strategies to support the company's leadership and vision, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across multiple teams and phases
• Drive sales growth by prioritizing and executing multi-channel sales strategies, informed by market research and competitor analysis
• Optimize sales performance by analyzing trends, results, and market indicators, and recommending data-driven improvements

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in IT services sales in Singapore, with a minimum of 15 years of experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage large portfolios (USD 30M+) and close high-value deals (Total Contract Value : USD 20M+)
• Experience working with top-tier IT services companies, with a strong understanding of the industry landscape
• Skilled in gross-profit planning, marketing strategy implementation, and trend analysis
• Adept at setting sales objectives, forecasting sales volumes, and tracking market trends and competitors
