Project Management & Measurement:

• Coordinate the seamless functioning of core partnerships and corporate projects.
• Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure that all partnership agreements align with the organisation’s objectives.
• Monitor and report on the success of initiatives, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.

Other Responsibilities:

• Take on additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Qualifications:

• Degree Holder, preferably in Social Work, Gerontology, or Service Sector disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in eldercare or healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and partnership development within the healthcare, eldercare or related sectors.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and team-building abilities for effective project management.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Competence in managing cross-functional teams and processes to achieve organizational goals and KPIs.
