Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.

• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Reporting to the Director, Development, Training & Volunteer Management (TVM), you will oversee Volunteer Management Functions in Lions Befrienders.

You will play a role in growing, developing and managing a volunteer pool which would include senior volunteers, to support the organisation’s strategic and programmatic goals.
