Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and System Integrators (SIs)
• Identify new channel partners and opportunities, and manage the recruitment process
• Provide training, guidance, and support to channel partners to ensure their success in selling our products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and product management, to develop and deliver effective channel programs and initiatives
• Manage and motivate a team of channel sales professionals, including setting sales targets, providing coaching and feedback, and onducting performance reviews
• Monitor and report on channel sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and drive revenue growt

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in cyber security channel sales, with at least 3 years of experience
• Strong technical knowledge of cyber security products and services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
