The Role

As a key member of our dynamic marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. You will be responsible for:

Strategic Marketing:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing:

• Managing and optimizing our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Creating engaging content and running effective digital campaigns.
• Leveraging Google Ads and SEO to drive organic traffic and conversions.
• Monitoring and analysing digital marketing metrics to measure ROI.

Brand Management:

• Protecting and enhancing our brand reputation.
• Developing and executing brand strategies.
• Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Event Management:

• Planning, organizing, and executing company events, conferences, and workshops.
• Managing event budgets and logistics.

Franchisee Support:

• Providing marketing guidance and support to our franchisees.
• Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in education enrichment industry is highly preferred
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for marketing and a creative mindset.
• A valid Singapore driver's license (preferred)

• Oversee daily salon operations
• Hire and train beauticians, as needed

• Lead and Manage Operations: Direct the team in developing and executing strategies to enhance and maintain asset value across the portfolio.
• Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee programs to guarantee continuous service for utilities, air conditioning, fire protection, and security. Ensure staff are trained in fire and life safety systems and all maintenance programs are up-to-date.
• Asset Management: Review and implement annual Asset Plans for each property.
• Tenant Management: Handle lease agreements, manage tenant renovations, and maintain strong tenant relationships.

• Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Liaise with clients on project details, design concepts and requirements
• Manage client’s expectations on projects, events or exhibition
• Prepare budget and cost management for tender submission or quotation for client's review
• Brief designers on concepts and specification requirements of clients project
• Meetings and liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and any other parties involved to deliver project based on client’s requirements
• Assist Operations to resolve operational issues related to projects
• Submit relevant documents to Landlord, building management and/or relevant authority in a timely manner
• Inspect off-site fabrication and on-site installation
• Ensure project is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
• Any other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in event / project management
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
