• Finance team to ensure a smooth and seamless follow-up on finance processing.

Stakeholder Engagement/ Creative Collaborators

• Manage a database of current and potential collaborators.

• Oversee the management and consolidation of NDAs/contracts for creative collaborators.

• Manage and follow-thru all internal (within NEON) and external collaborations/partnership.

• Support the Creative Brain Trust in ad-hoc projects and initiatives

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in creative management, experiential design, theatre, exhibition design, set design, visual arts, performing arts, film, video gaming, exhibit, graphic design, environmental design, museum installation, product design or related field, highly desirable.

• 10 years+ of experience in managing or designing installations, exhibits, interventions, immersive theatre or immersive installations, or similar.

• Extensive experience in managing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)

• Possess a good understanding of the immersive entertainment space

• Ability to write creative briefs/ treatments/ content for new and existing projects.

• Understanding of creative ideation, design fabrication, prototyping, and production (good to have)

Job duties & responsibilities:

• Work closely with Management and marketing team to develop new online/offline retail strategies to drive business to the various sales channels
• Research, identify and understand potential new target audiences, their spending and buying behaviour
• Create partnership opportunities and collaboration with other brands to achieve business goals
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and industry leaders' products and services
• Regular review meetings with Management and Sales teams to ensure that business goals are aligned and well communicated throughout the organisation

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business / Marketing. Special interest in jewellery is highly advantageous.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience working in Marketing, Retail Sales or E-Commerce related fields
• IT literate. Experience and knowledge in using social media as a marketing tool
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong commercial acumen
• Self-driven and a strong team player
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

This is a part time position with the possibility of converting into a full time role at a later stage.

Flexibility to work from home. Regular meetings with Management twice a week at agreed timings.

Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise construction workers.

Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.

Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned.

Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan.

Assist the Engineers in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.

Ensure company’s safety rules are observed and obeyed.

Cooperating and communicating effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support Performing overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and reporting regularly on project status.

Any ad hoc duty will be assigned.
