What’s it all about?

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager for the APAC region is a newly created role to help us define, execute, measure and refine a compelling top of the funnel revenue strategy for Visa Cross-Border Solutions, inclusive of Currencycloud brand. You will lead a team of 3 Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) responsible for filling the pipeline with qualified leads that turn into revenue. • Creating a reporting rhythm among SDRs, the wider marketing team, sales team and also at a senior leadership/executive level.

• Delivery of holistic demand generation activity, both outbound lead generation as well as working alongside the marketing manager to support inbound lead generation.
• This will include building prospect lists, managing data, building campaigns within lead gen tools and the execution of those campaigns
• It also includes any necessary follow up and qualification of leads as well as smooth handover to sales consultants.

OBJECTIVE / PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The principal objective of FSM is to achieve budgets for their Allocated Territory by generating opportunities both from existing & new accounts.

This requires the FSM to

KEY ACTIVITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Deliver GP Budgets for the Territory;
