• Shape the role of financial business partnership in Southeast Asia by developing trusted relationship with the leadership to identify and deliver initiatives to grow volumes and profitability.
• Lead the annual budget and rolling forecasts of overall banner/store P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, by partnering closely with the leadership team and collaborating with other FBPs and finance functions. • Coach the commercial finance business partner to deliver sales and margins targets in the P&L

ABOUT YOU

• A CA/CPA/CIMA/CFA qualification is preferred
• 4+ years of relevant business partnering experience working with complex organisations, turnaround, fast paced environment, preferably within supermarket retail or big 4
• Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial modelling techniques to support property decision-making and scenario analysis
